The Hawker Fury FB 60 was the PAF's mainstay
fighter during the first half of the 1950s. Ninety-two Furies
were inducted during the early 1950s. To convert new pilots onto
the new fighter, the PAF also acquired five two-seat trainer versions
of the Fury, called the Fury T-61. The two-seater could also be
used for operational roles. |
